If you have 4 or less bags of soft goods in excellent condition, you can drop them off Mondays and Tuesdays between 9 am and 12 pm.

• Men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and shoes in excellent, like new condition, current styles from the past 3 years
• Soft-goods including bedding, tablecloths, towels, etc in excellent, like-new condition.
• NEW kitchenware including dishes, cutlery, small appliances
• NEW backpacks and school supplies
• Books and Seforim WITH PRIOR APPROVAL only. Please send a picture of the spines to ccc@jfsa-cleveland.org and wait for approval. If we receive seforim with mold or unusable binding, you will be responsible to pay a shaimos disposal fee of $10 per small-sized box.
• Used kitchenware including dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.
• Undergarments unless they are new in the packaging or with tags
• Clothing and shoes that are visibly worn – anything with stains, pilling, holes, out-dated styles, yellowing, worn tread, broken zippers, etc.
• Suitcases
• Car Seats
• Benchers
• Used yarmulkes, tzitzis, etc
• Wedding gowns
• Drop-offs of clothing and soft goods may be made at the following times (limit of 4 bags per drop-off unless you have prior approval)
Monday or Tuesday morning between 9am and 12pm
• Drop-offs of hard goods, seforim & books, or donations of more than 4 bags of soft-goods require prior-approval. Requests can be made by filling out the form below.
• Requests to drop off outside of the above listed hours can also be made through the form below.
Collect sealed packages of first-aid items from your friends, neighbors, community members. Think Band-Aids, antibiotic ointment, alcohol pads, gauze. You name it, our clients will appreciate it!
We update regularly with items our clients might need!
Find summer items on deep discount? Bathing suits, towels, sandals... Buy up a dozen and donate them to the Chesed Center for distribution to families in need.
